Jeff Cloud Interview

This was one of the more interesting interviews we did.  First of all, Nolan’s voice was practically gone from screaming at the S.S. Bountyhunter show the night before.  And then Jeff almost got beaned in the dome from a stray volleyball.  But being the hardcore journalists we are, we laughed at the circumstances and plowed on, while Jeff patiently answered all of our questions and then some.

Fine China Interview

Being the interview hound I had become, it was a must to speak with Fine China and find more about their anticipated release.  I was fortunate to meet Greg Markov, who made sure the interview happened.  Actually, during the thunderstorm that threatened the greatest evening of Cornerstone history (in my humble opinion), I ran into the guys sitting in their car listening to The Smiths.  They asked if I cared to sit with them and chat, and the rest followed.

Pedro The Lion Interview

Nolan had pointed out that a lot of Bazan’s songs seem to be taken after Jesus’ model of parables. Thoughts brought down to every day language, yet still retaining some mystery. Still refusing to be completely understood by those who do not chose to listen, and forcing those that are eager to hear, to think on a higher plane. David nodded in agreement then added his thoughts on the matter.
